"Amy was the third trainer we had consulted for our headstrong Labrador Retriever, and the first that I feel took time to listen to what we needed and to understand the obstacles that we faced. We booked two blocks of 6 training walks. The first few, she took Milo out on her own to practice loose lead walking and recall training, then set about the real training - teaching us how to get what we wanted from him! At a time when things felt, in all honesty, to be at breaking point, I was so grateful for Amy's patience, compassion and flexible attitude. We now have a dog who, although still mischievous is a joy to be around. We are finally able to start including him on outings and treat him as the family member he was always supposed to be. Through Amy, we found confidence in challenging situations and, although things are still a work in progress, we are now equipped with the tools to enable us and Milo to live the life he deserves. For that we will always be thankful."
